Every day we are exposed to various toxins from the air, water, food and chemicals in our environment.

Toxic gases and chemicals such as methane and carbon monoxide fill up our atmosphere from vehicle & factory emissions. Considering the amount of time we spend in traffic, we find these gases and chemicals mixed with the air we breathe. From traffic, we find ourselves in bars, restaurants and other public spaces where we find ourselves inhaling product toxins from cigarettes and tobacco.

We also get exposed to toxins in the water we drink; everything from ammonia, bleach, chlorine, etc. The food we eat is not left behind from food additives to highly processed or genetically modified foods to chemical flavorings. The processed food we consume is loaded with sugars that alter our body's hormonal balance creating a toxic environment in our body.

Even though our bodies are smart with in built mechanism to detox 'toxins', our bodies almost cannot keep up with the detox demands as a result of the above facts, hence the need for active detox to ensure our body detoxes properly to deter any negative effects of toxin build up in our body.
